Munjr LLC sells downloadable WordPress / WooCommerce plugins on munjr.com — currently Recurly Integration and Chargebee Integration — as paid subscriptions. This page is our return policy for those purchases.

30-day refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of a charge, for any reason. That includes the first purchase and later renewal charges. You do not have to return a physical product; these plugins are delivered as digital downloads and a license key (your Chargebee subscription ID).

How to request a refund

Use the Contact page. Include:

• The email address used at checkout
• The WooCommerce order number or Chargebee subscription ID (license key), if you have it
• Which product (Recurly Integration or Chargebee Integration) and whether the charge was monthly or annual

We typically acknowledge requests within two business days.

What happens after a refund

• We refund the eligible charge through Chargebee to the original payment method
• We cancel the subscription so you are not billed again
• We deactivate the license. The plugin will stop validating on your WordPress site
• WooCommerce download access for that order is removed

After 30 days

We do not refund a charge once 30 days have passed. You can still cancel at any time from My Account → Manage Subscriptions (or the Chargebee customer portal) so you are not billed for the next period. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

If we cannot deliver

If a license cannot be issued or the plugin download fails because of a problem on our side, and we cannot fix it, we will refund that order even after 30 days.
