Munjr LLC (“Munjr,” “we,” “us”) operates munjr.com, a WooCommerce store that sells native WordPress billing plugins (Recurly Integration and Chargebee Integration). This policy explains what personal data we collect on munjr.com, where it is stored, and how we use it.

This policy covers the munjr.com website, checkout, customer accounts, support form, and license-activation API. It does not cover Recurly Integration or Chargebee Integration as they run on your WordPress site. When you install those plugins, your customers’ data is processed on your store and in your Recurly or Chargebee account — that is your responsibility.

What we store, and where

Store accounts and orders (WordPress / WooCommerce on munjr.com)

If you check out or create an account, WooCommerce and WordPress store:

  • Name, billing email, billing address, and phone (if you provide a phone number)
  • Account username and a hashed password (we do not store your password in plain text)
  • Order history: products, amounts, dates, order notes, and download records
  • Chargebee customer and subscription IDs attached to the order
  • The license key for each purchase (that key is the Chargebee subscription ID)

This data lives in the munjr.com WordPress / WooCommerce database on our DigitalOcean server (Cloudflare sits in front). Logged-in customers can review orders, downloads, and account details from My Account.

Payments (Chargebee — not on our WordPress server)

Checkout uses Chargebee.js on the munjr.com payment form. Card details are tokenized in your browser and sent to Chargebee. munjr.com does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment-card data.

Chargebee stores what it needs to bill the subscription: customer record, billing address, subscription and invoice history, and a token for the payment method. Chargebee’s payment gateway (configured in our Chargebee site) processes the charge. Renewals, invoices, dunning, and refunds run in Chargebee. Logged-in customers reuse Chargebee customer wc-user-{your WordPress user id}; guest checkout creates or reuses a Chargebee customer from the billing email.

License activations (munjr.com database)

After you install a plugin, it contacts https://munjr.com/wp-json/munjr-licenses/v1/ to activate, validate, or deactivate the license. We store:

  • License key (Chargebee subscription ID)
  • The WordPress site URL where the plugin is activated
  • A WordPress install identifier
  • Plugin name/slug and version
  • First activation time and last time the license was checked

That record lives in a license-activation table on the munjr.com WordPress database. We use it to enforce one site per subscription (unless a product allows more) and to confirm with Chargebee that the subscription is still entitled to run. We do not receive your Recurly or Chargebee API keys through this API, and we do not receive your customers’ checkout data from your store.

To limit abuse, the license API may briefly remember a hashed form of the requesting IP address (about one minute) so we can throttle repeated requests. That is not a long-term IP log in our application database.

Contact form

The Contact form collects your name, email address, and message. We email that to our site admin inbox so we can reply. We do not save contact submissions as WordPress posts or WooCommerce orders. We keep the email in our support mailbox as long as we need it to handle the request and any follow-up.

Cookies, analytics, and server logs

Our host and Cloudflare may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, date/time, and the page requested. We use cookies and similar storage that are required to run the store:

  • WordPress login and account cookies (if you sign in)
  • WooCommerce cart and checkout session cookies
  • Cookies or local storage used by Chargebee.js to complete payment securely
  • Optional analytics cookies if you allow them in the cookie banner (Google Site Kit / Google Analytics when configured). Cookie consent is managed by WPConsent; use the banner to see categories and change your choice

Why we use this data

  • To take payment, create the Chargebee subscription, and deliver the plugin zip and license key
  • To activate, validate, and deactivate licenses on your WordPress site
  • To send order, license, and account emails
  • To answer support requests and handle refunds
  • To keep records we need for accounting, taxes, security, and dispute handling
  • To understand how the site is used, when you allow analytics cookies

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share data with

  • Chargebee — subscriptions, invoices, customer billing details, and payment-method tokens
  • Chargebee’s payment gateway — the processor connected to our live Chargebee site, which charges the tokenized card
  • DigitalOcean — hosts the WordPress site, database, and backups
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and request protection in front of munjr.com
  • Our WordPress mail plugin — sends order receipts, license keys, and contact-form messages
  • Google — analytics, only if Site Kit / Google Analytics is configured and you allow analytics cookies

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or to protect munjr.com, our customers, or others from fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it

  • Orders and billing records — while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, accounting, taxes, and legal requirements
  • License activations — while the subscription may be used, and for a period after deactivation or cancellation so we can debug license issues
  • Account data — until you ask us to close the account, except records we must retain
  • Support email — long enough to resolve the request and any related billing or license question
  • Server and CDN logs — according to DigitalOcean and Cloudflare retention settings

Your choices

You can update account and billing details from My Account, cancel a subscription from Manage Subscriptions, manage cookies in the WPConsent banner, and deactivate a license from the plugin’s license screen on your WordPress site. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by using the Contact page. We may keep information we are required to keep for billing, taxes, security, or legal claims.

munjr.com is intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Where data is processed

munjr.com, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, and Chargebee may process data in the United States and in other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. If you allow analytics cookies, Google may also process that data. If you buy from outside that region, your information is transferred there in order to provide the store, billing, and license service.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date above.
